I am delighted to announce my return to in-person Yoga teaching, starting Tuesday, September 6th, in Pleasant Hill.
I have contracted with the Pleasant Hill Recreation & Park District to collaborate in their excellent recreation program and will now be featured at their beautiful Senior Center at 233 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, adjacent to Pleasant Hill Central Park at the intersection of Gregory Lane and Cleaveland Road.
My mission remains the same: To deliver healthy, lively, and joyful Yoga to all willing participants, whatever ability level they bring. After teaching Yoga for three decades now, I am uniquely qualified to provide instruction, encouragement, and options to all comers to help you achieve the peace, serenity, and well-being that is the fruit of Yoga well practiced.
We are going to have a wonderful time practicing in-person again, I am eager and enthusiastic to be with humans again! The Yoga room offered at the Pleasant Hill Senior Center is a fantastic space, with beautiful wood floors, high ceilings, and an elevated stage for good viewing.

Of course, I am continuing with the vital and thriving Zoom Yoga classes that have become a staple of our existence over the past two years, I love teaching online and will continue to do so for as long as I can, I love my Zoom Yoga tribe! Now, there is also the opportunity to meet together again in-person for those who wish to do so and I can’t wait to see those who join me on Tuesday nights at the beautiful Pleasant Hill Senior Center.
We now have the best of both worlds, online and in-person and I am ready and eager to bring the best of my Upward Spiral Yoga to you and your friends in the way you like it best.
